- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This solicitation shall serve as a Request for Quotation, numbered F3195631340201, which seeks quotations based on the information contained in this synopsis. (iii)This solicitation and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97 11. (iv). This RFQ contains fourteen (14) packaged line items. Item0001. (v) The Contractor shall complete the delivery of supplies within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB point is POE (Travis AB, CA 94535-2941(Air Freight) or Tracey, CA 95376 (Vessel)) or DEST (Yokota AB APO AP 96328 (VIA U.S. Postal Service) or Yokota AB, Fussa-shi, Tokyo 197-0001, Japan (VIA Commercial Carrier)) (Shipping charge must be included in product cost for Dest or POE) or FOB Origin or Yokota AB, Fussa-shi Tokyo 197-0001 (VIA Commercial Carrier), Travis AB, CA 94535-2941 (Air Freight) or Tracy, CA 95376 (Vessel)). Shipping charge must be provided for FOB Origin. (vi) PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES .
