- New Manufactured Material: A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The items and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN: 1650-00-610-7200, P/N: 65-4102-2; NOUN: Dapener Flutter, APPLICATION: C-135 Aircraft; Qty Range: 13-39 ea: Delivery: 39 ea 30 Apr 2004. Only written, e-mail, or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Reply Fax Number is (405)739-4417, ATTN: Joe Starzenski/LGKIA, Contract Specialist. The drawings which will be furnished under this RFQ and any resultant contract are proprietary to Boeing Company. Firms interested in proposing on this RFQ must have on file a current OC-SAF/66, “Rights Guard Certificate” signed by an individual authorized to bind your company, or the bid package will not be furnished. A copy of a blank certificate can be obtained from the Contract Specialist, Joe Starzenski. Export Control Certification, DD Form 2345, will also be required. This can be accomplished by contacting Lisa Howard at 1-800-352-3572, lhoward@dlis.dla.mil. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
