- NAICS Code 221310. Water Treatment, Testing and Inspection Services to be performed at seven Federal Buildings within the state of South Dakota. Service includes chemicals and monthly on-site testing service for heating and cooling systems located in the towns of Aberdeen, Huron, Pierre, Rapid City, Sisseton and Sioux Falls. Anticipated contract period is September 1, 2003 through August 31, 2004, with three 1-year option periods. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued June 18, 2003, with offers due on July 10, 2003. Anticipated award date is July 18, 2003. Security clearances will be required for all workers. The solicitation will be made available electronically at the FedBizOpps website on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading documents. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. A limited number of paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. Requests for paper copies must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer at PO Box 19, Aberdeen, SD 57402. Fax requests will be accepted at 605-226-7305. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only, see Numbered Note 1. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
