- NA This amendment for Ballistic Aerial Target System (BATS); Monorail Rocket Launchers; and Rocket Firing Boxes issued May 27, 2003 is to change the following: (1) The required delivery of First Article Units is changed from 3 months to 4 months after date of contract award. (2) The required delivery of BAT options is changed from 3 months to 4 months after option exercise. Offerors may obtain a copy of the soli citation by accessing https://acquisition.army.mil.
