- NA This Presolicitation Notice and Sources Sought Market Survey is seeking to identify potential sources to design, fabricate, and delivery a floating dock for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY. Characteristics of the dock together with a Request f or Information can be viewed at http://www.usma.edu/doc/solic.htm The solicitation will result in a firm fixed unit price type contract. Source selection method will be Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT), which permits tradeoffs between price and past performance evaluation. After reviewing the description companies inte rested in participating in this requirement are requested to complete the Request for Information and email to Linda.Napolitano@usma.army.mil or fax 845-938-5855. The due date for Request for Information responses is 9 June 2003. The NAICS for this procur ement is 336611 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The purpose of this announcement is threefold to notify industry of this requirement, to gather information to assist the Contracting Officer in determining the availability of sources and to reques t industry assistance in developing a solicitation.
