- Description
- The Government anticipates awarding a fixed-price IDIQ contract for Chemical/Biological Gas Mask Kits and Face-Pieces. This contract will provide coverage for the following six NSNs: 4240-01-415-4239, Chemical/Biological Gas Mask (Small) (Face-Piece Only); 4240-01-415-4240, Chemical/Biological Gas Mask (Medium) (Face-Piece Only); 4240-01-415-4241, Chemical/Biological Gas Mask, (Large) (Face-Piece Only); 4240-01-497-7467, Chemical/Biological Gas Mask Kit (Small), 4240-01-497-7783, Chemical/Biological Gas Mask Kit (Medium); 4240-01-498-1189, Chemical/Biological Gas Mask Kit (Large). A complete data package will be provided with the RFP. The basic year (12 months following award) consists of 120 EA First Articles (40 EA NSN 4240-01-415-4239, 40 EA NSN 4240-01-415-4240, and 40 EA NSN 4240-01-415-4241), applicable data, and Technical Orders. This contract will have five (5) annual option years in addition to the basic year. Each Option year will be for a quantity of 1-150,000 Face-Pieces (quantity will be an aggregate of the three Face-Piece NSNs), and 1-30,000 Gas Mask Kits (quantity will be an aggregate of the three Kit NSNs). The approximate issue date of the Official solicitation is 3 JUL 2003 with the approximate response date of 29 AUG 2003. Solicitation will be posted to Fedbizopps.
