- Description
- A/E firm to provide all professional, technical, and investigative services to prepare working drawings, specifications, and provide construction period services for Upgrade Bldg. 1, HVAC, Phase IV, at the Iowa City Health Care System, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa. This project will replace older antiquated HVAC equipment feeding First floor of the main medical center. Renovation will include replacement of air handling and exhaust systems, including motor control center. Replacement of controls and piping, with new energy efficient systems, tied into the medical centers energy management system. Duct sizing and cleanliness is to be addressed as well as system balancing. Estimated construction cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. The area of consideration is within a 150 mile radius of this facility. Firms desiring consideration shall submit their qualifications and past performance of their SF 254's and SF 255's no later than July 1, 2003. This project is reserved for emerging small businesses with a size standard of $2.0 million.
