- Description
- Peace Corps intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, IDIQ, using FAR part 12 acquisition of Commercial items for Iridium telecommunications equipment and air time service for a base period of 1 year, and four, one year option periods. The guaranteed minimum number of Iridium phones will be 28 with a maximum of 300. The specifications and type of services required to support the Peace Corps in the area of Iridium communications is provided below. 9500 series or newer portable satellite devices and accessories Monthly service plan Activation and start up fees 24x7 maintenance and support Centralized billing In addition to pricing, the contractor should submit information regarding equipment warranty, return and/or replacement of equipment policy for damage or loss, description of maintenance support, and 3 points of contact for similar scope projects for reference.. This contract will be awarded based on the best value of quotation provided to the Government. Best value will be determined by price, quality of equipment, and services, and past performance.
