- This project consists of constructing a new visitor center at the existing Red Canyon Visitor Center site. Work includes construction of approx. 3,000 square feet building, utility connections, retailing wall, demolition of the existing features, concrete walkways, kiosk, benches, bike rack, exterior lighting, and other misc. items. The Red Canyon Visitor Center is located approx. 11 miles southeast of Panguitch, UT. This procurement is estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation package will approx. be uploaded onto FedBizOpps on April 16, 2003.***** NOTE: This modification is to change to total small business set-side.
