- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Tririga Real Estate Facilities, located at 4285 South Polaris Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103, to obtain software maintenance support of the following proprietary software licenses: FacilityCenter Enterprise, FacilityCenter Casual User, and CAD Integrator for AutoCAD. The period of performance is 07/01/03 through 06/30/04. This software ensures the effective operations of SSA?s infrastructure to help track the performance of both corrective and preventive maintenance of SSA buildings, equipment and other items to avoid failure. Tririga Real Estate Facilities is the only known source which can maintain the proprietary software. If an acceptable response is not received by COB June 13, 2003, SSA will initiate negotiations with Tririga Real Estate Facilities for the continuation of software maintenance support. Respondents shall refer to AP-Facilities Server Center. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
