- Description
- The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement for 500 copies of Jane's Chem/Bio Handbook in each of the following ten languages: Romanian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Albanian, Polish, Croatian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Slovenian to support the mission of the On-Site Inspection Directorate (OS). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304?(1) implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
