- Description
- Due to the omission of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) mandatory clause 552.225-71 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools in solicitation 6FEP-E1-020272-S, this solicitation is cancelled in its entirety in accordance with FAR 14.404-1 (c) (10). This clause is a mandatory clause as the GSA must buy only American Made hand tools. The items included in solicitation 6FEP-E1-020272-S will be included in solicitation 6FEP-E1-030277-S to be issued on or about June 15, 2003. For your convenience the new solicitation will be sent to you by US mail as soon as it is available, in addition the solicitation will be posted and available through eps.gov If you wish to have your offer returned please contact Chris Donovan at 816-926-2782.
