Description

The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award an sole source (Petrolab, PetroTest 1 mfg) unrestricted contract. Solicitation N00604-03-T-A910. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; WRITTEN PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUIRED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION will not be issued. Proposals must include a completed Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this synopsis, which shall be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Price type contract incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2001-14 and DFARS Change Notice 20030430. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the following: ITEM 0001, (1) each, p/n 12-0770 PMA-4 With 3 cups and one multi-sensor; ITEM 0002, (1) each, p/n 12-0795 PMA-4 Autosampler, ITEM 0003, (9) each, p/n 12-0777 Complete cup and cover for a total of 12, ITEM 0004, (11) each, p/n 12-0787 Multi-sensor for Total of 12. Quote is to be FOB Destination, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Offeror to propose best delivery schedule. The FSC code is 6640. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 334516 and 500 employees respectively. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
