- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure Nintendo Game Boy Game Kits and Sony PlayStation 2 Video Game Station Kits for the Navy Personnel Command, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Division, 7736 Kitty Hawk Avenue, Millington, TN 38054 for distribution to MWR Departments at various Naval Commands. There will be multiple ship-to addresses all over the United States which will be provided in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5 ?Test Program for Certain Commercial Items? (Clinger-Cohen). The North American Industry Classification System Code is 443120, Computer and Software Stores. Contract Line Items (CLINS) are as follows: 265 Game Boy Game Kits, each consisting of 1 Game Boy Advance SP System, 1 Game Disk - ?Golden Sun,? 1 Game Disk ? ?Fire Pro Wrestling,? 1 Game Disk ? ?Doom 2,? 1 Game Disk ? ?Advance Wars,? and 1 Game Disk ? ?All Star Baseball 2004,? and 109 PlayStation 2 PSX-II Video Game Systems, each consisting of 1 PSX-II Sony PlayStation 2 Complete System, 1 PS2 Portable Game Screen with built-in speakers, 1 Game Disk ? ?Grand Theft Auto III,? 1 Game Disk ? ?Medal of Honor Frontline,? 1 Game Disk ? ?All Star Baseball 2003,? 1 Game Disk ? Devil May Cry 2,? 1 Game Disk ? ?P.T.O. IV,? and 1 Game Disk ? ?SOCOM: U.S. Navy Seals.? Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the offeror nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 6 June 2003.
