- Description
- This is an Electronic Bid Package Announcement for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for Civil Site Improvements at the NAS Fallon, Fallon, NV. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to perform various improvements and repairs to station infrastructure. Line items include, but are not limited to, excavation and removal of existing improvements or soils; site grading; and providing aggregate base materials, asphalt concrete, Portland Cement concrete, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, manholes, water lines and drainage pipe. This is an indefinite quantity contract with an annual minimum guarantee of not less than $5,000. Estimated dollar range for the maximum is between $1,000,000 annually and a total not-to-exceed of $5,000,000. The ordering period is a single base year, with two single-year options. Funds will be obligated by Task Order. Potential bidders are reminded that lack of registration in the CCR database will make a bidder ineligible for award (DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (MAR 1998). In accordance with FAR 5.102 (a) (7), availability of the bid package will be limited to the electronic medium. The bid package will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the bid package will not be provided by the Government. The official plan holders' list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. All prospective bidders and plan rooms are encouraged to register as plan holders on the website. Plan holder lists will not be faxed and will only be available from the website. Registering bidders and plan rooms must provide a complete name, complete mailing address, area code and phone number, bidder type (prime contractor, sub-contractor, supplier or plan room), and email address. Notification of any changes (amendments) to the bid will be made only on the Internet. It will be the contractor's responsibility to check the website for any posted changes/ amendments. The Electronic bid solicitation/set (EBS) will be available on the Internet on or about 20 June 2003. Technical inquiries prior to receipt of proposals must be submitted in writing, no later than 10 calendar days prior to receipt of proposals and faxed to 775-426-3205, Attention: MaryJo Ansberry.
