- Original synopsis was published 18 Feb 03. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to issue a Time and Materials Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity for counseling services. The Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued as a 100% small business competitive set-aside; the amendment will be issued the same. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 624190 with a size standard of $6M. The period of performance will be a base year and four, one-year options. It is estimated that the base year will start 01 Oct 03, option years, if exercised, will follow accordingly the end date of base year or previous option year. The counseling services will provide professional management referral counseling services and consulting services for the Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) of NAWCWD China Lake and Point Mugu CA sites. The services will be provided for all civilian employees at China Lake and Naval Vase Venture County. The services will include referrals in general, crisis counseling/emergency referrals, workplace violence, and critical incident stress debriefing. Complete description of services will be provided in the revised Statement of Work, which will be available with the amendment when it is released. The RFP will also be available at the same time. The RFP, amendment and associated documents will be available through the 2.0 Contract Competency Homepage at https://contracts.nawcwd.navy.mil/rfp~nawc.htm The estimated release date of the amendment and associated documents will be on or about 17 Jun 03 and the closing date will be approximately 30 days thereafter, estimated to be 17 Jul 03.
