- The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with College Board Publishing, New York, NY for College Handbook 2003 (ISBN 0-87447-694-1) quantity 1500 each; Index of Majors and Graduate Degrees (ISBN 0-87447-696-8) quantity 1500 each; College Costs and Financial Aid Handbook (ISBN 0-87447-697-6) quantity 1500 each. Vendors believing they can provide such reference books may submit a written response within 15 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued. If an RFQ is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies with 15-day response time vice 45 days. Facsimile responses are acceptable #850-452-9627.
