- Description
- The project involves construction of a 4000 sf manufacturing building and renovation of a 1200 sf support building. The work consists of site utilities, earthwork, asphalt pavement, concrete foundations and slab on grade, structural steel superstructure, batt insulation with metal panel sidewalls, adhered single-ply membrane roofing on board insulation, personnel and roll-up doors, painting, top running bridge crane, HVAC system, duct and pipe insulation, process piping, fire protection system, fire detecting and alarm system, electrical power and communications wiring, lighting, and incidental related work. Plans and specs available on or after 06/20/03. $50 non-refundable check made payable to ATK Tactical Systems Co.and mailed to the address below, attn: Lisa Wildman is required. Estimated cost in the range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
