Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 15 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Resgulation (FAR). The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal for demolition of 3500 square foot visitor center and constsruct a new 6400 square fool visitor center. The work of this contrat consists of providing all materials, labor, parts, tools, equipment supervision and al other incidentals as necessary for, general construction of the visitor center and site improvements consisting which includes, but not limited to shoreline bulkhead, hardscape elements and landscaping. Location: Cumberland Island National Seashore, 129 Osborne Street., St. lMarys, GA 31558. The NAICS CODE IS 23332. The size standard is $17.0 million. The magnitude of the project is 1 to 5 million. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. This solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. All offerors must have DUNS NUMBER IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD THE SOLICITATION. Please contact Dun and Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505 to receive a DUNS NUMBER. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The solicitation will be available on or about june 10, 2003. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on site on June 25, 2003 at 1:00 PM local time. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. (Numbered Note 1).
