Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, materials, except for specified Government-Furnished property, to complete the construction of one 1710 foot deep artesian water well. The contractor will furnish 1) Disinfection of well (1 lump sum) 2) Pitless Well Adaptor (1 lump sum) and an estimated quantity of 3) 1710 linear feet to Drilling Well Hole 4) 1130 linear feet of 7 inch OD Steel Casing 5) 1130 linear feet of 7 inch OD Steel Casing , installation 6) 560 linear feet of 4 inch ID Steel Casing 7) 560 linear feet of 4 inch ID Steel Casing, installation 8) 40 linear feet of 4 inch Steel Well Screen, furnish and install 9) 1130 linear feet of Grouting 10) 1 lump sum of Well Testing. The contractor will have 28 days to complete this project after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Cost estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection within 15 days of notification of award and must be in the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or Payment Bond. The proposed project is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. Solicitation will be available on June 16, 2003. No hard copies will be sent.
