- NA Any question regarding this solicitation should be addressed to Susan Newby at susan.f.newby@usace.army.mil. Clamshell dredging only of approximately 1,100,000 cubic yards of material from Inner Grays Harbor which will include the lower crossover channel reach. Disposal is at Point Chehalis and South Jetty open water disposal sites. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package. The estimated dollar value is in the range of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 with a complet ion period of 150 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Project is open to both large and small businesses. If you are a large business and your proposal will exce ed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
