- NA The U. S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirements type contract to Astronautics for Horizontal Situational Indicators. The contract length will be for 5 years with a total estimated maximum quantity of 500 units. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NA ICS code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE. See numbered note 22.
