- NA NOUN: DOOR, PASSENGER, AIRC, NSN: 1560-01-137-3921; Part Number: 70500-03050-060; Qty: 60, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 60 each 270 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 60 each 180 DACA. The Government has righ ts to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC ., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimate d date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be ho nored.
