Description

NA Various Gun Mount Parts and Accessories for installation on Ground Mobility Vehicles - This will be a firm fixed price contract. Significant items being purchased and their Military Systems Group part numbers are: Swing Arm Stand, P/N M09-001 (45 each), Mounting Barackets, P/Ns M09-048 and M09-049 (11 each), Cargo Bed Rails P/Ns M70-008 and M70-009 (10 each, and Ammo Can Holders P/N M70-012 (15 each). Delivery will be by 25 Jul 03. Destination will be Letterkenny Army Depot. The annotated closing dat e for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire these items from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineer ing and quality requirements, is not available. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm listed. The RFP will be issued to Military Systems Gro up, 736 Fesslers Lane, Nashville, TN 37210-4316. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Request a solicitation package from the address above, ATTN: AMSAM-LE-KO, FAX Number 717 267-9834. Drawings, speci fications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. NOTE 26 is applicable to this solicitation.
