- NA This procurement is a HUBZONE Set Aside, within a 100 mile radius of the construction site. This contract will be performed at the 165th Airlift Wing, Savannah International Airport, Garden City, Georgia. The contract will be awarded using Source Selecti on Criteria, technical and past performance are equal but when combined are more important than price. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 234110. This project consists of the construction of a new 4000 SF pre-manuf actured and pre-engineered ASE Storage Shed at the 165th Airlift Wing, Garden City, Georgia. The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, work and facilities necessary to perform all operations, in str ict accordance with the plans and specifications. The scope of work for this project includes; construction of a new shed with access pavement and related facilities as shown on drawings and specifications. Construction of site grading and utilities as s hown on drawings and specifications. Performance time is 230 calendar days. The estimated cost of construction is $100,000 to $500,000. The solicitation, plans and specifications will be ready for issue on/or about 17 June 2003 firms must register to ob tain a copy at http://www.starc.dod.state.ga.us/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. BIDS ARE DUE at 2:00 pm (EST) on 17 July 2003. The Pre-Proposal Conference/Walk through will be held on 9 July 2003 at 1:00 pm (EST) starting at the 165th AW conference room, Bldg 908 Darqu e Road, Garden City, Georgia. This will be the only opportunity to review the job site prior to submission of bids. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for this award. Contractors may access the Int ernet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program. This acquisition is restricted to HUBZONE only within a 100 mile radius from the job site.
