- Description
- The USAF intends to acquire 414 each Spray Ring Manifold Assys, (i)NSN 2915-01-471-3480NZ, P/N 4085199 applicable to the F100/200/220 engine in support of the F15/F16 aircraft. The following applies: (ii) the offeror must meet qualification requirements (attached to the solicitation) in order to be eligible for award and must be qualified at time of the award of the contract; contact point is Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, 3001 Staff Drive OC-ALC/LPFR - F100 Engineering Branch ATTN: Sue McKee, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009 - PH (405)739-7243 or (405)739-7244. A first article will be required unless waived by the cognizant engineering acitivity.); (iii) Approved sources are: MFC 52661 - Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford CT; MFC 65065 - Woodward FST, Zeeland MI; MFC 9U738 Wood Group Fuel Systems, East Windsor CT., Part Number is 4085199. (iv) Size/Dimensions: Approx .250 tube & 15.717 radius; requires waspaloy elliptical tubing with Haynes 188 heat shieldss machined; function: sprays fuel for the F100 engine augmentor lights.(v) Predominant Material of Mfg is Nickel Alloy. (vi) Quantity is 414 (vii) unit of issue is each (viii)Destination is FD2039, Tinker AFB OK (ix) Required delivery schedule is 30 each per month starting 32 weeks after receipt of contract and continuing at that rate until complete. (x) Fixed quantity contract to be performed by the contractor until complete (xi)-a. An RFP will be published and posted on FEBBIZOPPS -b.
