- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following items: PLEASE PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: VIDMAR-Grainger model # 4KC72, 3 un; Work Benches-Grainger model # 1W891, 3 un; Work Bench Drawers-Grainger model # 1W682, 3 un; Ammunition Cages-Grainger model # 4UH32, 4 un; Ammunition Cages Top-Grainger model # 4UH23, 4 un; High Visibility Locker-Grainger model # 4UH34, 1 ea; Lockers-Grainger model # 4TX03, 3 un. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F13SPS30931300 is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is being competed full and open. This contract will be awarded as a fixed price and the delivery will be FOB destination. Please include delivery time with your quote. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This acquisition will be awarded lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items and submit with quote. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
