- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 03TC336. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 453998. The size standard is 500 employees. . The contractor shall provide the following items: Clin0001: Deluxe Street Thunder Megaphone, 25W power, 115 Db siren, yelp/wail hi-lo feature, detachable shoulder strap, Qty (2). Clin0002: PVS-7 GEN II Night Vision Goggles, 25mm lens, low battery indicator, eyecup for covert use, built-in IR illuminator, weather resistant, Qty (6). Clin0003 Binoculars 10-30X60 Protective rubberized armor coating that absorbs shock; case with strap and lens cloth, 10-30X60 field of view at 1000 yds is 57-180ft, 30oz., Qty (4). Clin0004: PAPR Kit W/Full Face Mask, PAPR Breath easy system with full face piece, NIOSH approved, protects against gases, vapors, particles associated with natural or man-made disasters, draws ambient air through the cartridge and supplies filtered air through the air tube, belt mounted units distribute weight evenly for long periods of use, guaranteed up to eight hours of continuous use with NICAD battery, Qty (1). Clin0011: Dynamed Mega Medic First Aid Kit, Qty (1). Clin0012 Tychem SL Coveralls, comes with attached hood, elastic wrists and ankles, hoods have elastic closures so they can be worn with 3M Full Facepiece Respirator 6000 Series, 3M PAPR Breathe Easy System with Butyl Rubber Hood, thermo bond seams are sewn on both suits, 4 per case, Qty (12). Clin0013: TYVeck Protective Coverall, (7 lbs) include elastic wrists, collar, front zipper closure and attached boots, 25 per case, Qty (1). Clin0014: 1000-Watt Tripod Light, Qty (2). Desired delivery time is 30 days or less. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: 37 SFS/SFO, Bldg. 1030, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, 78236. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
