- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS AMENDED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING: THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. NAICS CODE 23531 11.5 MILLION The FAA, New England Region currently has a requirement for installation of an engine generator system and associated equipment for the ARSR facility located in St. Albans, Vermont. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Demolition and disposal of existing engine generator shelter and all associated equipment, etc. Mechanical requirements, (EGS, day tank, HVAC, fan, etc.) install all GFE, provide and install all fuel lines, etc. Electrical requirements, perform all electrical work including furnish and install all conduits, cables, and associated materials for power, lighting, and control, both temporary and permanent., etc. Performance Period is sixty calendar days. Estimated price range is $100,000.00 - $200,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 16, 2003 Contractor must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction of/or renovations of electrical facilities of municipal buildings, FAA electrical facilities or buildings of similar complexity as stated. There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee required for this solicitation package. All checks must be made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration.
