- Sole Source Notice of Intent This is a Sole Source Notice of Intent to be awarded to Universal Flooring who will provide repair services to the Benjamin Franklin State Dining Room located at the Harry S. Truman Building in Washington, DC. The floor is made of a 150 -year old Georgia Pine that is 3600 square feet. The refinishing shall entail the following (1) multiple sanding, (2) filling and repair, and (3) staining and finishing as well as restoration. These services will include maintenance that will include return visits to make sure that the floor is properly maintained every six months.
