- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to American Science & Engineering, Inc. for maintenance renewl for thirty-nine (39) X-Ray machines nation wide. This is an anticipated sole source procurement. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with policies and procedures as set forth in FAR Subpart 13.5. No soliciation is available. Closing date is June 17, 2003.
