- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of equipment and Bag- In-Box (BIB) soft drinks for 17 Federal Correctional Institutions within the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The contract type is firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option period is estimated at 38,000 BIB. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 7, 2003 and will be solely distributed through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunitie4s website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All Future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments , will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is on or about August 4, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
