- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HHS/HRSA), intend to solicit proposals from small businesses with the capability to assist the Division of Training and Technical Assistance (DTTA), in maintaining activities currently in progress and shall support the implementation of new projects. This procurement is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13; and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that a one (1) year purchase order will be awarded. The contractor shall produce information relevant to all Titles and sub-sections of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (RWCARE) Act in the context of information dissemination outcomes to persons living with HIV disease. Note number one applies to this procurement. The request for quote (RFQ) will be available via FedBizOpps within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice.
