- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to purchase Rain Gauges, plastic, with mounting bracket, 4-inch, NSN: 6660-00-920-3722, ASN: D045. The government intends to award a requirements type contract for a base period of twelve months and four, twelve-month option years. The anticipated quantity for the 4-inch gauge is approximately 3,000 per year. The gauges shall be delivered FOB destination to the National Weather Service, National Logistics Support Center in Kansas City, MO 64131. A first article sample and production lot inspection at destination is required. All parties interested in receiving a bid package must submit a request in writing to the attention of Jackie Shewmaker at the address stated herein. Facsimile requests will be accepted at (816) 426-7530 within ten (10) days of this publication. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Agency.
