Description

RMAST 03-139 Noxious Weed Treatment in the Hayman Fire Burned Area on the Pike National Forest, in the Colorado Counties of Jefferson, Douglas, Teller and Park. The Hayman Fire occurred in the summer of 2002. work shall consist of using herbicides according to label specifications to treat approximately 400 to 2400 acres of various noxious weeds in the Hayman Burn Area. Maps of known weed occurrences will be provided but other unknown infestations shall also be treated and mapped using GPS and GIS technology. Services covered in this solicitation and any resultant contract shall be performed during the 2003 field season. The NAICS code is 115310 and the size standard is $6.0 million. This is 100 percent small business set-aside. The electronic solicitation will be posted to fedbizopps.gov on approximately May 25, 2003 with proposals due back approximately Juen 25, 2003.
