Description: St. Joe Ranger District, Shoshone County, Idaho. Trail reconstruction with some trail relocation. Base Item 1 (trail 273 I) consists of 2.24 miles of reconstruction and 0.06 miles of relocation. Optional Item 2 (Trail 273 II) consists of 1.76 miles of reconstruction and 0.76 miles of relocation. Work includes clearing & grubbing, excavation, reconstruction, construction of shallow stream fords, installation of culverts, and construction of switchbacks. Other work includes trail closure. Estimated start work of August 1, 2003 with completion date of October 1, 2004. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000.
