- The solicitation is for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under Commercial Procedures. The IQC will be for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business. The procurement is for 297 competitive core NSNs with the potential to expand the contract with 1566 additional non-core items on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5340-00-057-1685. The total yearly estimated value for the 297 core items is $2,772,463.40. This procurement also contains a 10% guaranteed minimum. Drawings are available at time of solicitation. Delivery is as follows: 30-day deliveries to CONUS (excluding Alaska), after date of order. These NSNs are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. Price and past Performance are of equal value in determining which offer represents the ?best value? to the Government. Destination and Source Inspection requirements apply as contained in the solicitation.
