- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled PEM Fuel Cell Stack, 9-BH13-46-03-22P posted on May 16, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made; the acquisition is changed from a sole source to a competitive acquisition. This action will occur under a new solicitation number (9-BH13-46-03-28P) as a combined synopsis/solicitation. Responses should not be submitted to synopsis 9-BH13-46-03-22P. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
