- The specifications and drawings for this project are now available for all interested parties who meet the requirements identified in previous announcements listed by this meduim. The proposal closing date will be JULY 1, 2003 at 2:00PM. The Site visit and Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 5, 2003 and June 12, 2003 respectively at 10:00 AM at Sidney L. Christie and Federal Bldg in Huntington, WV. Prior notification of attendance to this conference is mandatory for seating purposes.
