- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation, reference Number 5TC5703C269. This RFQ is issued under Full and Open Competition and is unrestricted. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-13, NAICS Code 511210, Computer Software Publishers, packaged, applies. Size standard is $18.0 million. The requirement is for Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) product support services. Products and services shall be Section 508 Compliant. Services are non-severable. This requirement is to provide user licenses, installation and maintenance in support of the Bureau of the Census, National Processing Center, the following. (1) Feith FDD concurrent use desktop licenses (300 User licenses), License version 6.2.0.7. to support the Workflow Image Processing System and allow interaction with the Bureau?s image storage and retrieval system and version 2.11 of the special purpose quality assurance module. (2) Maintenance from the date of receipt/installation through May 31, 2004. (3) Installation. Licenses must be installed on the current servers and interoperate with the existing software platform and system configuration. The required installation date is 9 June 2003. The desired installation date is 5 June 2003. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award without discussions. Delivery and acceptance of all items shall be F.O.B. Destination. Award shall be made based on best value evaluation of technical and price proposals, applying the following criteria in order of importance, ability to meet required installation date, past performance and price. All evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price. FAR 52.252-2 applies to this acquisition.
