- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office Northeast currently has a requirement for distance education services that support the College of Continuing Education. The period of performance will consist of a base year and four one-year option periods. The type of contract will be issued on a firm fixed price basis. All terms and conditions will be outlined in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is mid July 2003. A closing date will be specified in the solicitation. PLEASE NOTE: This solicitation, and any amendments, if applicable, will be linked on the Navy Electronic Online (NECO) world web site, www.neco.navy.mil. This requirement is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541512. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Please do not call the contact points for questions regarding this solicitation. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address questions. Telegraphic and Facsimile Offers/Quotes are not authorized. Electronic proposals may be submitted. If electronic proposals are submitted, the offeror is responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is received by the Contracting Office. Any proposal received without the required documentation may be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
