- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for some Quick Acting, Watertight Doors, Aluminum & Stainless Steel, various sizes, shipboard use per NAVSEA Drawings 805-1400074 MOD, 803-6397268 ASSY 31, 164-7044215, 803-6397261 ASSY 33 MOD, 167-7044215 ASSY 14. FOB Origin, DCMA to inspect and accept, shipment via Government Bill of Lading. Desired delivery is twelve (12) weeks after date of contract. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about 22 May 2003, with offers due on or about 03 June 2003. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary_j_beauchamp@puget@puget.fisc.navy.mil" will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders' list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations or quotes and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals or quotes may render your proposal or quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
