- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with cost plus fixed fee pricing provisions for engineering, technical, logistics, training, installation, maintenance, and program support services to perform tasks for Combat Systems and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Systems. The resulting contract will be for the base period of 18 Mar 04 - 17 Mar 05, with nine one year options. The total level of effort estimated to be ordered during the term of the contract is 6,261,000 man-hours of direct labor including authorized subcontract labor and overtime. NAICS 541330 with a small business size of $23M applies. This requirement is a partial follow-on to N00189-98-D-0106 (Anteon Corporation, Suite 700, 3211 Jermantown Road, Fairfax, VA 22030) and N00189-99-D-0107 (EG&G Technical Services, Inc., 900 Clopper Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878); and a full follow-on to N62678-00-D-0022 (Anteon Corporation, Suite 700, 3211 Jermantown Road, Fairfax, VA 22030). Only the Combat Systems function of N00189-99-D-0106/0107 is covered under this RFP. The RFP will be issued under full and open competition procedures. The requiring activity for this RFP is Fleet Techncial Support Center, Atlantic (Norfolk, VA). It is anticipated that this will be a multiple award contract. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www.fedbizopps.gov . This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. The RFP will be issued after 30 Jun 03 with a 29 Aug 03 response date. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately 3 weeks after issuance of the RFP, and will be advertised via an RFP amendment.
