- This solicitation is for all labor, material, management, supervision and equipment required for the complete installation fiber optic cabling and all components in accordance with ANSI/TIA/EIA standards to provide a fiber optic connection from piers 2, 12, 17, 33 and buildings 77, 79, 106, and 462, at the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. NAICS: 238210 New Fiber Optics Contractors. Small Business Size Standard: $12 million, (SIC Code 1731). The Estimated Price Range is: $25,000 - $100,000. The "Issue Date" and "Bid/Due Date" stated in this notice are estimated dates. The approximate solicitation release date is 9 May 2003 and will only be available in the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) electronic file format which can be downloaded from the official website at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
