- Description
- The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for wireless interception equipment. This requirement is being issued by Gov.Works under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the Secret Service in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. for this equipment in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
