Carlton, Contracting Officer, telephone number 256-842-6113 or Fax 256-955-7737. PRON: AX3Q0189AX, NSN: 2840-01-426-3035, PN: 406-060-304-105, 26 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the techn ical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 26 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 26 each, 180 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solic itation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
