Description

NA Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to construct an Operations and Training Facility (administrative), totaling 18,000 square feet. Project will include demolition of a 19000 square foot facility. New facili ty is to be reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, light gauge metal framing, masonry walls, structural steel framing and roof structure, all utilities and support items. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Notice to Proceed issued o/a 19 September 2003. Construction time is anticipated to take approx. 330 days after notice to proceed. Only prime contractors should reply. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8 (a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three years. Bid docume nts may be acquired from a locally identified document reproduction company.
