Description

NA Perform Grounds and Landscaping Maintenance at the Air National Guard Facilities, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas in accordance with the Statement of Work. This will be a performance based contract consisting of 1 base year and 4 option years. Optio ns will be excercised based on the favorable performance of the selected contracor. Work to include: Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, Turf Analysis, Fertilization, Irrigation, Pruning, and Cleanup. It is the Government's intent to award this contract to a small business interest. Interested parties may request a solicitation package that will be available June 23, 2003. The solicitation package will contain the statement of work, a map of the area requiring maintenance, and a bid document.
