- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The items listed herein are the only products that meet the minimum needs of the government and thus constitute a BRAND NAME only requirement; no equals will be accepted. The manufacturer of all the products below is Bullard. These items are needed to replace & add to current thermal camera and accessories. The procurement is for the following items: (A) direct charge battery charger with AC/DC adapters, to include shoulder & wrist straps, orientation CD & carry case (model: Bullard TI Red) 1 set (B) transmitter package to include 2 channel transmitter, 2 channel receiver, omni direction antenna and all necessary cables; (model: Transmit) 1 set (C) truck-mount package to include built in charger, mounting gasket, and attachment hardware (model: Truckmnt) 1 set. (D) Transmit Only-retrofit Bullard TI Thermal Imaging Camera to TIX (customer?s property) (model: Retrofit) 1 set. Items(s) shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA no later that 30 days after receipt of order. This solicitation, F1442731320100 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular Acquisition 2001-12 and DCN 20030301. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone business respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. This acquisition falls under the Standard Industrial Classification Number, 3089, the North American Industry Classification System 326199, and the Business Size Standard or number of employees under this code is 500. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions of Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Overall prices are the evaluation factor.
