- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation / synopsis reference number is F1390031110100 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334516 with a 500-employee size standard. Contractors shall submit a lump sum proposal for all items included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Pricing is requested for the following items and quantities: 1 Case, Drum Thief 1 Pack, Chlorine Test Strips 24 Packs, Adjustable ?C? Collar 1 Case, 4oz Specimen Mailers 1 Case, 8oz Specimen Mailers 1 Case, Wire Marking Stakes 6 Cases, 8oz Wide Mouth Jars 1 Case, 16oz Wide Mouth Jars 1 Each, Plastic Pipette w/aspirator 1 Pack, Filter Disks for Pipette 50 Each, Pediatric Oxygen Masks w/tubin 3 Packs, Surgical Masks (20 Pk) 1 Each, Traction Splint 1 Each, PH Meter (Piccolo w/temp readout) 10 Each, Chemical Resistant Backboard 10 Each, Patient Backboard Straps 1 Each, Ground Resistance Tester 1 Each, AIM Multi-Gas Meter (measures 02/LEL/CO/H2S) 1 Each, OHM Meter 1 Each, Hazardous Materials Detection Kit The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award. . The Government will award a contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement and (2) Price. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes for the total price for the requirement. Technical and price are equal. If the lowest priced evaluated responsible offer is judged to meet the minimum technical requirements of the Government the evaluation process stops at this point. Award shall be made to that offeror without further consideration of any other offers.
